2m course jumpers' bumper winner for Nicky Henderson in March, but moved on over the summer, and finished tamely on Flat AW debut (sixth) over C&D last week.
Notched a second AW win when scoring over 7f at Lingfield in March (1lb higher tonight), but not in the same form over the past couple of months and looks to be a dubious stayer beyond 1m.
Won as a juvenile in Ireland (7f, Dundalk) for the late Tommy Stack and finished placed on most starts last term for his son, Fozzie; beaten two necks (third) by Dragon Mountain over C&D on his penultimate start.
16/1 when finishing a close-up fourth to Villette over C&D in June, but has been well beaten twice since, including at Listed level over hurdles at Market Rasen; more realistic assignment.
Eight-race maiden; runner-up on second AW start over 1m at Dundalk (for Aidan O'Brien) in October 2017; fair mark for stable/handicap debut, but is drawn wide and has fitness to prove.
Ex John Gosden-trained 1m2f Lingfield winner (January 2017) who was sold cheaply for £4,000 in September 2017; back to form in no uncertain terms when bolting up by 3¾L at Lingfield (1m2f) latest; 7lb higher on first Kempton start.
No win since his debut at Lingfield (1m novice) in December 2017, going off the boil a fraction from April onward; handicap mark slowly easing, but stamina to prove decisively over this new trip.
Two-time AW winner, including over 1m2f for Richard Fahey at Newcastle in October 2017; capable of proving competitive from this kind of mark (if staying); finished just over 2½L fourth of nine to King Of Nepal (1m) latest.
Arrives seeking a hat-trick following a couple of recent course wins (1m2f-1m3f); 6lb higher than when beating the re-opposing Thunder Speed by two necks over C&D in August; wide draw needs to be overcome.
Cost 260,000gns in December 2017; won a couple of modest staying fillies' handicaps at Leicester (1m4f) and Bath (1m3½f) prior to her latest third placed finish at Yarmouth; mildly interesting to see what she has too offer on the AW.
Races off the same mark as when gamely fending off Rotherwick by ½L at Chepstow (1m2f, good) in August, but has twice disappointed in more competitive races since; cheekpieces applied for his second career AW start.
Beaten at short odds on his penultimate start at Ffos Las, but possibly found the extended 7f trip on the sharp side; switched to the AW for handicap debut; stablemate of Brexitmeansbrexit.
0-4 here (7f-1m), but clearly handles the surface and has progressed on turf; 7lb higher than when winning well at Brighton (1m2f) on her penultimate start, and not disgraced over 1m6f behind the improving Altra Vita latest; chance despite the draw.
Fairly consistent performer off his current mark of 69, but the handicapper probably has his measure unless the first-time blinkers can muster some extra improvement; no trip/surface worries.
Forecasts
Keswick (4/1), Thunder Speed (9/2), Dragon Mountain (6/1), Victory Chime (8/1), Lawn Ranger (10/1), Grapevine (10/1), Floria Tosca (12/1), Brexitmeansbrexit (14/1), The Eagle's Nest (16/1), Anchises (16/1), Majrooh (20/1), New Agenda (33/1), In The Red (40/1), Pipes Of Peace (66/1)
A tricky assignment from stall 12 for the hat-trick seeking Dragon Mountain, who is far from certain to confirm C&D form with Thunder Speed. Floria Tosca cost a whopping 260,000gns in December, but she's now a dual turf winner who could have more too offer on the AW from a rising handicap mark. Keswick bolted up at Lingfield (1m2f) latest, and shouldn't be dismissed from a 7lb higher mark with Heather Main having a potentially useful horse on her hands for a bargain £4,000 (ex John Gosden). However, in a open race, a consensus is reached with BREXITMEANSBREXIT. She handles the Kempton Polytrack well, and lost little in defeat to Altra Vita (1m6f) latest.
