Has struggled to get competitive this season, but sliding in the weights, and better signs the last twice, albeit able to dictate terms when fourth of 7 to What A Welcome at Ascot last time.
Scraped home narrowly at Lingfield in May, and matched that form when 1¼L fourth of 6 to Fairlight at Brighton last time. Back to his winning mark after that effort, so can't be ignored for all he has no secrets.
Has won twice over hurdles since last seen on the Flat (for Saeed Bin Suroor) in 2016. Below form in two runs last winter, but has had wind surgery since, and market should reveal what's expected.
Won at Chemsford in January, and good third over C&D following month. Looked less than keen on return from a break at Sandown last time (very slow to stride), though, and may not be one to trust implicitly.
Third to Buzz and Dash of Spice over C&D in May has been well advertised, and he hasn't stayed 2m since (pacemaker last time). Return to this trip makes him one to consider.
Free-going type who was well ridden when making all to score over C&D last time, but that win owed much to failure of his rivals to keep tabs, and he looks opposable from new mark, with likelihood of an easy lead slim.
Improved on handicap debut when scoring over 1m1½f at Wolverhampton, and found further progress when 1½L second of 9 to The Throstles in similar event there last time. Clear of rest there, and should remain competitive.
Over two years since last Flat win, although did win a jumpers' bumper here for Nicky Henderson in March. Seemed stretched by trip at Newmarket (1m6f) on return, and may do better now.
Won a 1m novice at Newcastle in January, but hasn't improved since stepped up in trip, and never in the race with a chance at Yarmouth last time. Cheekpieces tried now.
Two wins in January included one over 7f here. Ran well when 3¼L second of 6 to Zlatan in 1m2f handicap at Sandown last time, but this looks a stronger contest, and she needs to produce more.
Gained back-to-back handicap wins at Haydock and Yarmouth in the summer, and ran at least as well when second of 8 to Matewan (winner again since) at Newmarket last time. Longer trip will suit, and she has more to offer.
Lightly-raced War Front colt who improved significantly to land a facile success in a 1m Lingfield AW maiden in July. Stopped as if amiss at Wolverhampton on handicap bow, and better expected for all his mark looks stiff enough.
Had wind surgery before winning a weak 1m2f handicap at Epsom in July, but he hasn't been in the same form on either start since, and remains high enough in the handicap.

PETITIONER was an excellent third over C&D in May, and hasn't stayed 2m subsequently, acting as a pacemaker on latter try. He can get back on the up at this trip, and gets the nod over the progressive Black Lotus and Wolverhampton second Parting Clouds, who remains relatively unexposed.
