Reserves his best for this track and landed a Listed race this summer. Hard to rule out despite topweight following a good run last time.
Winner of 11 races will get the strong pace he relishes and represents the yard who supplied the first two in this last year.
Landed the Railway Stakes in 2016 but he has become inconsistent and this trip maybe on the sharp side with the ground quicker than ideal.
Record of 2-30 and last win came inJune 2013. Should run his usual race on the front end whilst others prove stronger.
Landed a good pot at Navan under this claimer three weeks ago and remains well-handicapped judged on his fifth in the Rockingham.
Winner of three races over 5f,6f and 7f. Consistent since a C&D win under this rider in May and gets some respite from the handicapper despite a solid run in an 80k race last time.
Nicely weighted judged on last year's form but several pounds below those levels currently. Could improve for those two runs after an absence and a market move would be significant.
Lightly raced five-year-old with strong claims on the book with a few of these on current season's form. Needs to get away better than he has on last three starts and blinkers tried this time.
Made all to take this last year under today's rider off 3lb higher on soft ground. Best when able to dominate and there are a few who could take him on.
Winner of a Down Royal 5f maiden earlier in the month getting off the mark at the 18th time of asking for connections. Likes to be up with the pace but may find a few of these too quick. 3lb out of the handicap.
Has gone well on both C&D starts and will be up with the pace early. Doubtful she will last from 3lb out of the weights.

Dali (9/2), Miss Power (5/1), Blairmayne (13/2), Amanaat (13/2), Only Spoofing (7/1), Line Of Reason (8/1), Abstraction (9/1), Rapid Reaction (12/1), Tylery Wonder (12/1), Medicine Jack (14/1), Early Call (25/1), Mister Trader (25/1)
Paul Midgley had first and second last year with Tylery Wonder 3lb lower than when making all. However, the ground will be quicker and there is competition for the lead. That may set this up nicely for stable companion LINE OF REASON who needs a strong pace to aim at and who arrives on the back of a good run at Yarmouth. Fellow Yorkshire raider Only Spoofing remains on an attractive mark despite landing a good prize last time, whilst Blairmayne has a lot of angles covered as a C&D winner maintaining his form and who has been shown some leniency by the handicapper. Dali, who likes it here, and Amanaat are others to consider in an open handicap.
- Line Of Reason
- Only Spoofing
- Blairmayne
