Debut scorer at Carlisle (6f, good) in June. Has run well in Listed company on all three starts since. Returns to this sphere with a penalty to carry, but should be very tough to beat.
Second foal. Dam 7¾f-1m4f winner, out of maiden half-sister to two-year-old Listed winners Bella Tusa (5f) and La Vita E Bella (1m). Stable's recent runners in reasonable form, but has not had a juvenile winner in several season. Watch on debut.
Not devoid of promise on debut, but took a backward step last time. Already looking more likely to be one to consider more seriously when he has a handicap mark.
20-1 on debut and ran green at Salisbury (1m, good to firm). Not a bad effort, however, and he is probably capable of a decent step up on that this time.
Held in both starts so far, but second was an improved effort. Has her work cut out to improve enough to win this, but may be forecast material.
Forecasts
Nate The Great (1/9), Mister Chiang (11/2), Delectable (12/1), Lord Lamington (16/1), Custard (33/1)
This looks a very good opportunity for NATE THE GREAT to get back to winning ways, despite his penalty. Archie Watson's colt has plenty going for him, not least the strongest form by some margin. Delectable could be the one to chase him home this time, although Mister Chiang may make a race of the minors.
