Avast Ye³⁷

Age: 5| Weight: 10-12| J: M Goldstein| T: S Lycett

50/1

Couple of fair efforts so far in bumpers at Worcester and Stratford so far, goes jumping for the first time and needs to do slightly more.

Form: 34

Drumochter²⁸³

Age: 4| Weight: 10-12| J: Jonathan England| T: S England| BF

50/1

Winner on the Flat over 1m2f on soft ground, 283-day layoff to defy on first start for new yard and stamina to prove now going in this sphere for the first time.

Form:

Foxtrot Juliet¹⁵⁹

Age: 5| Weight: 10-12| J: R Johnson| T: O MurphyWS

7/1

Improved effort in Sedgefield bumper in April on third start (first on turf), certainly offered hope then and worth a look going jumping for the first time.

Form: 744-

Haafaprincess^p²³

Age: 5| Weight: 10-12| J: Henry Brooke| T: P D Niven

100/1

Modest flat performer who was beaten wide margins in two recent starts over jumps and has plenty to work on.

Form: 5-95

King's Reste^t²⁸

Age: 6| Weight: 10-12| J: Harry Skelton| T: D Skelton| OR: 110

1/1

Twice won over fences this summer for new yard and also finished second last time at Newton Abbot. Doesn't tend to go as well over timber, including 6L second at Southwell last month.

Form: P-41122

Rococo Style¹⁷⁰

Age: 5| Weight: 10-12| J: J E Moore| T: S Gollings

10/1

Southwell bumper winner on good ground in September last but well beaten in better races in the spring. Should have a future over jumps. Worth a market check.

Form: 1060-

Sula Island⁸⁴

Age: 4| Weight: 10-12| J: Wayne Hutchinson| T: A King| BF

13/8

Won the Flat on soft ground over 1m4f at Chepstow (1-11 all told), bodes well for stamina going into this sphere for the first time.

Form:

Sweet Vinetta¹⁸⁷

Age: 4| Weight: 10-12| J: Ross Chapman⁽³⁾| T: G Boanas

50/1

Went well in AW bumper at Newcastle in February, leading at the 2f pole before being collared. Not as good here the following month however and off since. Jumps bow.

Form: 37-

Wasdell

Age: 4| Weight: 10-12| J: Nick Scholfield| T: J & A O'Neill

14/1

Black Sam Bellamy filly, makes debut for Jonjo O'Neill here and some appeal on pedigree. Worth a betting check.

Forecasts

King's Reste (1/1), Sula Island (13/8), Foxtrot Juliet (7/1), Rococo Style (10/1), Wasdell (14/1), Drumochter (50/1), Sweet Vinetta (50/1), Avast Ye (50/1), Haafaprincess (100/1)

King's Reste sets the standard on form but has generally tended to do her best work over fences. She cannot be discounted but could be vulnerable to the jumping newcomer SULA ISLAND for Alan King's team. She was decent on the Flat and couldn't be in better hands for the switch to jumping. Olly Murphy's Foxtrot Juliet has shown ability in bumpers and, after a wind op, is one to note going jumping with the champion jockey for company.
