Did at least manage to record a more reasonable effort last time, when dropped to 5f at Beverley, but neither effort so far marks her out as the winner here.
Showed a bit of promise on debut, when green enough but beaten just over 4L at Carlisle (5f, good to firm). Up in trip and on softer ground here, but could take a step up on that.
Promising debut over C&D (good to firm) in June, before being out of her depth in Listed company at Newmarket last time. Much less strength in depth here and if she handles soft ground she should be very competitive.
38,000gns (vendor) at two; second foal; half-brother to 1m winner Understate. Dam 7f Fibresand winner, out of 7f (two) winning half-sister to 1m2f Group 1 winner Favourable Terms. Stable's first two-year-old runner of season. Probably best watched.
Improving with each run, despite her maiden tag and just ½L second in the Group 3 Dick Poole Fillies' Stakes at Salisbury (6f, good to firm) last time. Handles soft ground and will be very tough to beat.
First foal. Dam unraced half-sister to Listed-placed 5f winner (at two) Ivania out of 5f two-year-old winner, is granddaughter of once-raced half-sister to King's Stand winner Bolshoi. Stable without a juvenile winner for several seasons. Watch.
Forecasts
Lady Aria (2/7), Ellheidi (3/1), Arletta Star (15/2), Kalia Asha (16/1), Just Once (25/1), Abuja (33/1), Rock N Roll Queen (66/1), Bawtry Lady (100/1)
Given her recent Group 3 run, it should be a formality for LADY ARIA to break her duck in what is essentially a weak contest. Ellheidi has a decent effort to her name and a repeat of that debut run should see her be the one for the forecast. Arletta Star is a potential improver and looks one for each-way players.
