Just four starts so far and has shown glimmers of ability. Type to do better now handicapping and interesting if strong in the market but draw has not been kind here so will need to be smart from the gates.

Hold-up performer who needs things to drop right. Has a good draw in three so should be bale to slot in. Will be dangerous if the splits come here as he's on a very tempting mark.

Sill a maiden after 16 starts but that doesn't tell the whole story as he almost always runs well. Mark is very workable and riders claim helps too. Lively contender from good draw.

Won a handicap at Brighton (5½f, soft) off a 3lb higher mark last month. Struggled the last twice in better contests but this is more suitable and tends to go well here so not discounted.

Hold-up performer who hasn't had many chances on an artificial surface. Race wasn't run to suit when trapped wide at Lingfield last time and has claims of going well here.

Still a maiden after 18 starts but often runs well in defeat. Struggled from out the handicap at Chepstow in a better race last time but back in a more suitable contest here. Draw not ideal so others preferred.

Has shown some glimmers of promise that she could win off this sort of mark including over 6f here back in November. Only had nine starts so still early days and capable of getting involved.

Last win came off a 15lb higher mark than today's so is certainly dangerous from that point of view. Hasn't look like taking advantage of late and headgear has been left off today so others make more appeal.

Won at Kempton in January off 1lb lower but hasn't shown a great deal since. Similar story probably on the cards here unless the market screams his name. Out of the weights here.

Struggled on all career starts to date and beaten a long way on each of her last four starts. Impossible to fancy in current mood racing from out the weights.

Forecasts

Furni Factors (3/1), Langley Vale (3/1), Alaskan Bay (11/2), Time Medicean (7/1), Beaming (10/1), Glyder (10/1), Llamrei (12/1), Culloden (20/1), Biscuit Billy (33/1), Mountain Of Stars (33/1), Barnsdale (40/1)

Verdict

This will not take a lot of winning with several of these struggling to find their form. Biscuit Billy could find some improvement now tackling handicaps and is respected. Furni Factors won't get many better chances than this to break the maiden tag and should go well. Preference though is for LANGLEY VALE who is lurking on a dangerous mark, has a good draw and could be hard to contain if everything drops right.
  1. Langley Vale
  2. Furni Factors
  3. Biscuit Billy
