Improving gelding who was again doing his best work at the finish over 1m3f (good to firm) last time, when third, beaten 1¾L at Goodwood. Up another 4lb for that, but longer trip taken as a positive and probably won't mind if it rains.
Took a bit of time to get the hang of things on debut at Salisbury (1m2f, good to firm) in June, but came home nicely. Should improve for that experience, but whether he will be able to find enough to win today remains to be seen.
Improved for her Wetherby debut when a 3L fourth at Hamilton (1m4f, soft) last time. Has only raced on soft ground so far. Improvement needed but not ruled out.
