£26,000 May 2018. Second reported foal. Dam unplaced bumpers/2m4f-2m6f hurdles, half-sister to bumper/2m6f hurdle winner Classic Quart. Stable yet to have a bumper winner and probably one to watch on debut.
First foal. Dam 1m winner, out of French 1m4f winner from family of Shahrastani. Not an obvious bumper pedigree but trainer can have occasional winner in this sphere. Market check.
28-1 and tailed off on debut in a Perth bumper in June. Has had wind surgery since. Trainer without a bumper winner for several seasons. Watching brief advised.

16-1 and showed some promise on debut at Downpatrick (2m3f, yielding) in August. Has to handle faster forecast ground here, but that was a decent first effort and he could be a big player this time.

€12,000 at three. dam unraced half-sister to point-to-point/2m4f hurdle winner Carlas Dream. Second in a couple of point-to-points on good/good to soft in Ireland. Probably capable of a decent debut if handling faster ground.
2,500gns yearling. Half-brother to French 7½f winner Vassar (dam of BC Turf Sprint winner Stormy Liberal) and US 5½f/6f dirt winner Golden Tango; dam US 6½f-1m winner (inc Listed). Flat pedigree and stable not known for bumper winners.
Irish point-to-point winner who has been second in both her bumpers so far, on good ground. Latest effort at Bellewstown was a slight improvement, so going the right way and has to be of interest in this line-up.
£25,000 three-year-old. Half-sister to winners Jacks Last Hope (bumper/2m-3m hurdle/chase), Ballycross (point/2m5f hurdle/3m chase) and Get Rhythm (2m hurdle/chase). Dam placed 1m2f. Stable 8% (five seasons) in bumpers.

Not sold (£4,800 Aug 2018). Dam failed to complete in point-to-points, half-sister to bumper/2m5f-2m7f hurdle/chase winner and a 2m4f-3m hurdle/chase winner. Stable in good form and 8% (five seasons) in bumpers. Useful 10lb claimed. Interesting.

25-1 and well beaten on debut. In good hands and is likely to be capable of improvement. Hood fitted, but does need to come on plenty for that first run.

Forecasts

Auntie Mary (2/1), Goldencard (9/4), Miss Aloud (5/1), Geordiebest (5/1), Aurora Thunder (11/1), Bridane High (28/1), Rodrigo (33/1), Darcey's Penny (33/1), Broomey Road (66/1), Georgie Bear (66/1), Fields Of Fire (80/1)

Verdict

GEORDIEBEST made a promising debut and is taken to improve and break his duck this time, with Auntie Mary likely to be a big danger. Georgie Bear is of interest with 10lb claimed and from a stable in decent nick, while Goldencard is another interesting newcomer. Check the market for any confidence in the chances of Miss Aloud, Darcey's Penny and Broomey Road.
