Landed Windsor mile maiden last October and has avoided fast ground all this season. Doesn't really settle in his races so first time hood applied having run creditably last two starts.
11-time winner including 4-18 at this venue. Never won beyond 1m1f though so hopes rest on it becoing a tactical race in which he can kick at the finish, otherwise may run out of puff near finish.
C&D winner last August off 11lb lower mark but has won twice since elsewhere and was respectable runner-up in amateurs event at Brighton last time. Handles conditions and stays so has to have a decent chance.
Won maiden over extended mile at Beverley last term for Andrew Balding before joining present yard. Dropped 21lb in ratings since and went close over 7f at Brighton in June. Not a certain stayer but potentially favourably handicapped if he stays.
Beaten jsut a neck here lats time off same mark having run a good third over C&D in July as well. Weighted to be bang there and has every chance if things go her way.
Last Year's Winner
Delirium (11/8), Spanish History (3/1), Windsorlot (7/2), War Of Succession (7/1), Mister Musicmaster (10/1)
