Bred to do the job over this trip and duly obliged when beating another Prescott horse at Goodwood. He was well-in at the weights that day and the runner-up did look unlucky so more needed.
Won a three-runner handicap at Pontefract before pulling hard at Salisbury. Again too free at Chelmsford when a respectable second to a progressive sort. Rider has a 22% strike rate for the stable on the AW for a 56 points level stakes profit.
Had little chance behind a runaway winner on first attempt at this trip. Drops to the mark which brought a career best to finish second at Nottingham and top claimer on board.
Has improved with each run and finally fulfilled market expectations over this trip at Lingfield. Appeared to have more in hand than the 5lb rise he has been adjudged here.
Found less than anticipated off the bridle on first try at this trip when the slower ground may have been a factor. Has a bit to find with Astromachia on that form but that is possible. Also engaged Salisbury 6:40 on Tuesday.
