Highly tried without success at Group 1 level and was well held over 1f further last time out at Tipperary. First-time cheekpieces could assist.
Impressive winner on debut but didn't really improve on second and third starts when last seen in May. Hard to fancy on latest evidence to hand.
Hugely progressive filly's bid for a five-timer was thwarted right on the line in her first try over 1m. Beaten since at Gowran Park earlier this month but still a leading player in current form.
Solid handicapper who appeared a little over-whelmed in a 1m Listed Killarney contest last month. Looks a progressive type and shortlisted here.
Disappointing as beaten favourite last month at Ballinrobe following a taking win at the Galway festival in July. Has the form to make a bold bid and holds strong place claims.
Improving sort typical of the owner/trainer operation. Winner of a 7f Fairyhouse maiden on good to firm when last seen in July. Likable type and should be in the mix here.
Has improved since going into handicaps this term, winning two from five, most recent of which came in a 7f Roscommon contest in June off a 1lb lower mark. Beaten since but is better than recent results suggest.
Winner of a Ballinrobe maiden last month getting off the mark for connections at the seventh time of asking. Couldn't handle the 9lb rise last time at Roscommon and is already dropped 3lb. Worth a market check.
C&D winner of this race in 2016 and third of nine in this contest 12-months ago. Beaten and well held recently but market to be informative back 8lb below last winning mark.
Improving with racing and duly off the mark seventh time of asking when narrowly getting verdict in 1m Bellewstown handicap in July. Beaten but not disgraced since and hold place claims here.
Decent third of 17 in 1m1½f maiden at Gowran Park in July before landing the odds in a 1m Bellewstown maiden claimer last month. Each way claims back in handicaps.
Promising runs in over the summer but well wide of the mark in a couple of starts recently, well down the field on each occasion. Hard to place any faith in.
