Made an immediate impact for his current yard when scoring over C&D in July but not matched that level in two starts on turf back in Ireland. Now has four course wins to his name so has to be respected despite giving weight away to the rest.

Plenty of experience of the surface and has won over C&D before now too. Had been in fair form until a modest effort at Brighton latest. Place claims here if that run can be forgiven.

Sole win from 18 previous starts came here over 1m6f but not been in the same form since returning from a summer break. Latest effort was a modest performance at Kempton but possible the return Tapeta will see improvement.

Won at Lingfield and Southwell earlier in the year but form has dipped since he returned from a break between April and July. Has gone well here too but needs to bounce back from a moderate effort latest.

Handicap mark has dropped dramatically since joining his current yard; C&D winner last July but form has taken a such a nosedive that he's hard to fancy on recent evidence.

Shown improvement of late but has to be noted that he failed to reward favourite-backers when he was well supported at Chepstow last month. Dropped 1lb since but still needs to prove this surface will bring the best out of him on his AW debut.

Very modest level of form achieved in maidens and handicaps so far and not shown enough to merit serious consideration from a betting perspective. Others much more appealing.

One-time inmate at Sir Michael Stoute's illustrious yard, things haven't panned out as planned for this nicely-bred gelding. However, he managed to make the frame over C&D on his penultimate start, and has a feasible chance of repeating the feat.

Starts under both codes of racing have been very limited - just one outing since July 2016. Yard had a recent winner from a limited number of runners, but it will be some training feat if they can coax a success from the mare on this stage.

Claims on his past form but the gelding hasn't shown much sparkle when tried on the Flat for a while and, given his latest moderate effort on his return from a break, the 10-year-old isn't too difficult to oppose.

Lightly raced and showed improvement, in what was only her second start in a handicap, when fourth at Ffos Las in August. Revved up by the fitting of cheekpieces, the filly may have a bit more to offer. Dangerous to underestimate in a poor race.

Verdict

This course is a happy hunting ground for SBRAASE, who may be up to the task of giving weight away to this modest bunch of rivals. Cosmogyral, from the other end of the weights, is unexposed in handicaps and could have bit more to offer, while Pour L'Amour and Onda District have place claims on the pick of their efforts. Rock'n Gold may also appreciate returning to Dunstall Park and is another to bear in mind.
