Well beaten at Ballinrobe over an extended 1m5f on his return from a short break in July before a fifth of 12 beaten 1½L in a Tipperary handicap over a similar trip. Place claims.
Not seen since December before finishing well down the field in a Killarney handicap on soft ground in May. First time tongue-tie unlikely to bring about the required amount of improvement needed to play a role here.
Distance winner of a handicap at the 2017 Galway festival, his sole win to date off a 2lb higher mark. Regressing of late and others preferred.
Not disgraced in a couple of recent spins at Leopardstown and Roscommon. Remains open to improvement, but still plenty to prove here.
Modest handicapper who is an 11-race maiden under rules. First time cheekpieces inconceivable to produce the required amount of development needed to play a role here.
Failed to figure in seven starts so far including in first time cheekpieces over 1m1½f at Gowran Park in June before slight improvement on AW debut at Dundalk recently. Form doesn't warrant support here.
Best effort for Lee Smyth when runner-up on soft ground at Naas in November, but has shown little for a couple of different yards since, and easy enough to swerve in current form.
37-race maiden who is without a win in 33 starts on turf. Posted a career best on most recent start at Ayr last month and boasts place claims if bringing best form to the table.
Distance winner who was a disappointing beaten favourite in a Roscommon 1m4f handicap last month finishing 11th of 14. Will need to raise overall performance here.
13-race maiden including seven defeat on the Flat. Requires a chunk of improvement to play a role here in this company.
Lat of three beaten 61L at 100/1 at Killarney last month. Average performer who is likely to struggle in here.
Solid and consistent sort who deserves a change of luck. Not out of the first three in his last five starts including beaten a neck on his last start over this trip last month. Leading player.
Vocalised filly is a sister to 1m1½f winner Vitalized out of an unraced dam. Has largely disappointed in six career starts to date.
Ninth of 15 on handicap debut in a Leopardstown 1m4f contest well beaten 15½L before another disappointing 22L defeat behind Solar Heat at Ballinrobe when last seen in July. Liable to find a couple stronger here.
Daughter of Sir Percy has been unplaced at lengthy odds in three maidens to date and faces another thorough examination on this occasion.
Will have disappointed connections in a series of drab performances since June including a couple of heavy defeats last month. Hard to fancy on latest evidence.

A Few Bob Short (7/4), Cacique Royale (6/1), Highly Toxic (8/1), Rabbie The Bard (10/1), Golden Poet (10/1), Mzuri (12/1), New Vocation (12/1), Highway To Heaven (12/1), Volatile Lady (14/1), Yo Tambien (14/1), Spice Blossom (16/1), Sir Popple (16/1), Greanta (16/1), Maid In Manhattan (20/1), Athenry Boy (20/1), Verney Boy (33/1), Still Alive (33/1), Flamin Audi (33/1)
The solid and consistent A FEW BOB SHORT can finally get off the mark for connections at the eighth attempt following not being out of the first three on his last five starts including beaten a neck on his last start over this trip at Tramore last month. Course winner, Highly Toxic and the improving Cacique Royale can prove to be the biggest dangers to the selection.
