Has six turf wins on his CV but was woefully out of form in final two starts in Britain before joining this yard. Beaten 10L on stable debut when last seen in May and might need the run here.
Solid and consistent when not beaten far in four starts between over the summer before getting his head in front at the Curragh last month off a 7lb lower mark. Beaten at Dundalk on the AW latest but a leading player here.
Maiden of 12 races and with third trainer already. Has placed over 6f but is best in this company dropping in trip again.
Dual winner at Dundalk on the AW in the spring but well held in three turf starts since July. Opposable on recent form.
Winner of four of his 50 career starts on turf last win coming on the surface over three years ago off a 10lb higher mark. Beaten a neck behind A Likely Story at the Curragh last month is evidence he still has a big run in him.
Has failed to build on a couple of promising runs at Tipperary and Fairyhouse over the summer and may find a couple quicker here.
One from eight on turf but has disappointing in a couple of spins this term including finishing last of 16 at Fairyhouse in July. Easily resistible on current form.
Well held in three starts for David O'Meara last year and carrer best performance to date was at the Curragh finishing sixth of 14 beaten 2L behind Gospies Daughter last month. Well held since and not consistent enough to make a case for.
Couple of better efforts lately, though latest of those did come over 5f at the Curragh before winning a Bellewstown 1m handicap on good ground last week. Place claims dropping in trip.
Failed to build on a win over 6½f in a Cork handicap in May getting off the mark for connections at the sixth time of asking. Not ruled out but a poor run at Tipperary to shake off.
Well held in a trio of qualifying runs, and has failed to improve in a couple of handicaps. First-time tongue-tie from her run last month is removed.
Well held and never a factor in a number of maidens before a career best performance when finishing 4¾L behind Pillar on handicap debut at Bellewstown recently. Room for improvement here.
Best effort this year when third behind Shore Step in a Curragh 6½f handicap on good to firm in June. Beaten on two occasions since and appears up against it here.
Creditable fourth at Sligo on June, but not quite matched that form in four subsequent runs. Hard to place any faith in.
Well beaten at the Curragh last month and pulled up in two recent races over hurdles and you have go back almost three years to find his most recent win over 5f at Musselburgh.
Unplaced in two starts on the Flat in the last couple of years and last found the winning thread three years ago off an 11lb higher mark. Others hold stronger profiles.
Not disgraced in three starts this season including a promising stable debut at Fairyhouse when last seen in July. Mark possibly the best guide here.
Ran a career best latest over 6f at the Curragh when headed late on and a close eighth of 30 behind A Likely Story before another promising run over 5f last week. Looks a leading contender.
Six race maiden and first time tongue-tie unlikely to bring about the required amount of improvement needed to play a role here.
Forecasts
Lily's Prince (11/2), Takeachancejimmy (11/2), A Likely Story (6/1), Baby Power (7/1), Forza Libranno (8/1), Art World (14/1), Phoenix Lightning (14/1), Noirvento (14/1), Danz Gift (16/1), Straffan (16/1), Dash D'Or (20/1), Billyfairplay (20/1), Joules (20/1), Footstepsintime (20/1), Yourartisonfire (20/1), Baile An Roba (40/1), Gala N Dandy (50/1), Double Czech (50/1), Gillabbey Rock (50/1)
DASH D'OR caught the eye when short of room in a Curragh 5f handicap last month eventually finishing 3¾L behind the winner and Takeachancejimmy. The five-year-old can reverse the placings here with the assistance of a 6lb pull in the weights. The solid and persistent A Likely Story will give his running once again while Lily's Prince, Footstepsintime and Noirvento are all worthy of a closer inspection.
- Dash D'Or
- Takeachancejimmy
- A Likely Story
