Still a maiden after four starts but has been highly tried the last time in the Super Sprint and at Listed level. Sets a pretty clear standard on those pieces of form and is a leading contender.
Daughter of Kodiac who cost 20,000 gns as a yearling. Third foal out of a dam that won at a modest level over 7f & 1m and is a half-sister to a US two-year-old stakes winner (Pamona Ball). Market good guide on debut.
Speedily bred, being by Slade Power out of 5f listed winner Sugar Free, and a half-sister to a couple of winners. Ran green on debut at Yarmouth when slowly away and should improve.
Didn't cost much and was sent off at 50/1 for debut at Windsor (6f, good to firm). Outpaced throughout that contest and well beaten. Needs to show plenty more here and drop in trip may not be ideal.
Daughter of Alhebayeb who cost just €4,000 as a foal and went unsold as a two-year-old. Related to several winners but may find this all happening a bit too quick on debut and best watched unless market screams her name.
Home-bred daughter of Foxwedge out of a half-sister to useful Pusey Street Lady. Ran green on debut at Windsor but got the hang of things late on. Should know more this time around and improvement highly likely.
Only cost £4,800 as a yearling and looks bred for further but belied odds when going a close second at Newcastle on debut, backed up by a decent time. Took a keen hold so should come on for the run and should be more to come.
Daughter of Noble Mission and a cheap purchase at just $7,000. Has started slowly on both starts to date and needs to improve in that department. Sure to improve at some point.
Forecasts
Blame Roberta (4/6), Harperelle (9/4), Feel The Noize (8/1), Invincibella (14/1), Laoise (16/1), Foxy Femme (20/1), Skating Away (40/1), Storm Athena (50/1)
Blame Roberta sets the standard after good efforts in the Super Sprint and in a Listed contest last time and could be tough to beat. We will take a chance there is improvement to come from HARPERELLE who ran really well on debut and can show the required improvement to win at the second attempt.
- Harperelle
- Blame Roberta
- Foxy Femme
