Vocalised colt, dam a winner over further and half-sister to several winners. Made a good impression when landing 9-runner maiden at the Curragh in June by 1¾L. Beaten on three occasions since but one for the shortlist here.

Forecasts

Cosmic Horizon (7/4), Dark Conqueror (3/1), Invasion Day (4/1), Copia Verborum (9/2), Arcturus (16/1), Spelga (20/1), Lawn Boy (25/1), Heart Stealer (25/1), Chagall (33/1), Martha Jean (66/1)

Verdict

COSMIC HORIZON has been given a patient introduction to the game and appears to repaying connections following a promising second of 12 beaten ½L on his second career start at the Galway festival last month. The Excelebration colt can get the best of Dark Conqueror, beaten a head here last month, Copia Verborum, winner on debut in June and the highly tried Invasion Day who appear to be the biggest dangers.
  1. Cosmic Horizon
  2. Invasion Day
  3. Copia Verborum
