Cost £65,000 at Cheltenham after winning lone point-to-point by 10L. Joined a top yard in excellent form and looks very likely to make a winning start under rules.
Stayed on late after getting outpaced on debut at Perth (third of seven). Form of that race probably not the strongest but still expectant of a decent run.
Newcomer by Phoenix Reach is half-sister to three winners over jumps, one of which won a bumper. Interesting debutant for top connections and expecting her to be involved.
Well bred for jumping out of a sister to Long Run by Presenting and showed some promise for the future when sixth at Huntingdon back in February despite running very greenly. Will want much further eventually but should go well here.
Pulled-up in all three point-to-points and her jumping left a lot to be desired. Lack of obstacles here a bonus but hard to gauge her ability without them.
Beaten by halfway in a C&D bumper recently and looked a difficult ride too. Be a huge surprise if she plays and significant role.
Not disgraced in first bumper at Towcester but shown next to nothing since including here. Hard to see her contending on all known form.
Always in rear and finished tailed-off last on debut at Stratford in July. Huge step up required and realistically a finish in the first five would be an achievement.
Forecasts
Alsa Mix (1/3), Freedom Run (9/2), Dream Run (9/2), Clem (8/1), Getadollar (25/1), Pennant Legend (50/1), Kims Diamond (66/1), Suttonwood Sally (80/1)
Expensive purchase ALSA MIX has been found a soft spot to start off under rules by Alan King and while she will undoubtedly want further in time she ought to readily account for these rivals. Debutant Dream Run under the champion jockey could prove the sternest test and she has a nice jumping pedigree. Freedom Run should have learnt from her only race to date and could be involved also.
