Productive on soft ground in 2017 when landing four races. Below that level one easy surfaces this term and hoes sprinting for the firsttime.

Has won four of her eight starts but she has not been at her best since climbing the weights and taking on better company. Unproven on ground as soft as forecast, but her dam handled it well.

Yard have had an excellent year with their three-year-olds (19-72). Tends to miss the break and that proved costly when stepped up into this grade last time. Handles soft ground.

In good form of late but up in class and faces a stern test at the weights. Handles the ground and yet to run a bad race here.

Yet to win here but has gone well on previous visits and handles a soft surface. Proved competitive off this mark last time and the drop in trip is in her favour.

A confidence boosting success at Ripon was followed by an effortless victory at Haydock. Up 7lb for that and mixing it with better horses but clearly progressing and known to handle any ground.

Angel's Glory16
Age: 3|  Weight: 8-11| J: Andrea Atzeni| T: R Varian| OR:  76
3/1
Beaten in a four-runner race over C&D (winner well-beaten since) before taking a weak Kempton novice event. Has been placed on heavy ground and represents top connections, but hard to argue she is on a good mark based on current form.

Forecasts

Yes You (9/4), Angel's Glory (3/1), Nuns Walk (7/2), Maid In India (7/1), Stewardess (9/1), Seen The Lyte (11/1), Set In Stone (28/1)

Verdict

Angel's Glory will be a warm order to follow up her Kempton success but the form amounts to little and she is worth taking on with Richard Fahey's progressive filly, STEWARDESS. The manner of her latest victory marked her as a highly progressive individual and the softer ground should be no reason to worry based on her Irish form. Seen The Lyte, Yes You and Nuns Walk will be happy with the underfoot conditions and the latter has shown herself to be competitive from her current mark.
  1. Stewardess
  2. Nuns Walk
  3. Angel's Glory
