13-race maiden starts out for another new yard now having shown little in two starts for Robert Stephens. Hard to fancy unless new trainer finds big improvement in him.
€60,000 yearling by Mastercraftsman out of a German 1m1f winner. Useful family so very surprising he is making such a belated debut and that raises a few question marks.
Tries a new trip after three ordinary efforts in sprints this season having missed all of 2017. Hard to build a case for her on that evidence.
Cheap purchase by Arcano out of a 6f-7f winning two-year-old. Bred to be precocious so this quite belated debut would hint that he hasn't impressed at home.
Last of 10 on debut at Leopardstown earlier this month when he faded badly over 1m2f. Not bred to stay that far so step back to this trip may suit better but big improvement needed.
Not beaten far in last three maidens at 1m including latest fourth of 12 at Killarney. That form should see him competitive if he can prove as effective back at 7f although a few doubts over that.
Made a pleasing debut over 7f at Gowran when only just touched off in second back in June. Winner of that race disappointed next time and the break since a question mark but bare form gives him an obvious chance.
Made her belated debut back in February on the AW over 1m at Dundalk. Had another absence since and lots of question marks over her.
Trip should be fine for this son of Approve on debut here but yard not known for first time out winners and this brother to a mile winner is best watched today.
$400,000 son of Declaration of War made belated debut when third of 16 over 1m½f at Gowran two weeks ago. Likely to improve for that run and drop back in trip not worrying given speedy pedigree so leading player here.
Born to Sea filly was beaten 19½L over 7½f at Roscommon debut on testing ground. Hopefully improve for the experience but unlikely to play a significant role.
Soundly beaten in maidens here over 1m and at Roscommon over 7½f. Looks the sort awaiting low-level handicaps.
Elzaam filly looked like she needed further when outpaced before staying on at the one pace over 6f here on debut when 14th of 18. Trip a benefit but still hard to see her getting seriously involved.
Didn't seem to step forward on debut seventh here over 7f where she looked likely to appreciate further when eighth of 10 at Leopardstown over 1m. More needed here although has some ability.
Only beaten ½L on debut over 7f at Dundalk (AW) where she stayed on throughout the home straight. That run offers plenty of encouragement for this charge of the light brigade like contest.
Remote on debut over C&D before slightly better run latest over 1m2f at Ballinrobe where she looked like she might want further still. This drop in trip a significant worry with that in mind.
Maiden of 11 races ran well last time she tackled 7f when second (of 15) at Leopardstown. Not quite at that level in two starts since at 1m but return to 7f today could help and first-time tongue tie an interesting addition.
Fastnet Rock filly finished 10th of 12 on debut at Killarney last week over 1m. Will need to make rapid improvement here although would certainly expect some progress now.
Made big improvement last time out when only beaten 1½L into fourth of 14 over C&D. That run certainly puts her in with some sort of chance although further progress probably needed to win.
Dawn Approach newcomer is a half-sister to 1000 Guineas second Lucida who won at Group Two level over this trip. Belated debut for one so well bred but of plenty of interest here especially if any market support.
Unplaced in all 10 races most of which been over 5f. Seems of extremely moderate ability and readily passed over.
Faded into 11th of 18 here over 6f last time having raced up with the pace. Possibly did too much too soon there but still not one of the more likely sorts today.
Remote but never nearer fifth over 7½f at Roscommon in her second start on soft ground left the impression she will want further to excel. This maybe a pipe-opener for handicaps.
Two races both over 7½f on soft ground have seen her beaten 14L on each occasion. Much improvement needed if she is to play any sort of hand in the finish.
Smart juvenile who twice chased home Alpha Centauri but was below that level in two starts early this season and not seen since. Obviously had issues but her form is very smart in the context of this race so big chance if she's fully fit.
Completely tailed off in both starts to date. Steps back in trip but can't possibly fancy her on evidence so far.
Unplaced in three starts so far all in sprints. Shown some ability but not a great deal of evidence thus longer trip would bring about the requisite improvement.
Well-related Dawn Approach filly could only finish midfield as favourite over 7f here earlier this month. Should fare better today with the experience under her belt and trainer's horses now in good form.

A more difficult race you would struggle to find but the shortlist is headed by PREPARE FOR BATTLE. This well-bred Aidan O-Brien three-year-old ran a race of plenty of promise at Gowran and he should improve for the experience. Shapes had some very smart form as a two-year-old so must be respected although her lengthy absence tempers enthusiasm a little. Laughifuwant went close on debut and with improvement possible has to enter calculations again here.
