Maiden of five starts switches to handicapping for first time after back-to-back seconds at Killarney over 1m with the latest seeing him collared late on. Has to give plenty of weight all around but may well prove capable of doing so.

Debut winner here has raced exclusively over 5f so far and not been able to build on the promise of her win with the latest run most disappointing here. Had a break since so perhaps something came to light but trip today an unknown.

Plenty of promise in second start here over 6f when third but a shade disappointing next over same C&D when ninth (Cardini fifth) although that race has worked out well. Fitted with a hood today and potential to improve in it.

Built on a promising debut when successful over 7f at Galway latest on yielding ground. The least experienced runner so therefore open to most improvement and given he's already won everything points to him being the one to beat.

Maiden of five starts switches to handicaps for the first time. Ran respectably three times over this trip before possibly not lasting out 1m at Killarney latest. More needed but blinkers added in attempt to find some improvement.

Won on handicap debut here latest over 6f when he got up right on the line. Only raised 3lb for the success so shouldn't be overly inconvenienced by that and extra 1f could suit today.

Winner of a four runner handicap at Gowran two starts back couldn't build on that next time at Killarney with an extra 3lb and never really travelled there. Trainer now reaches for blinkers to try and reinvigorate him.

Handicap debutant ran well in all three races particularly when third of 21 over C&D before latest fourth at Leopardstown. Opening mark looks quite fair so could go well here off bottom-weight.

Forecasts

Highway To Success (11/4), Cardini (3/1), Vidiyni (5/1), Dandys Ocean (7/1), Facethepuckout (8/1), Hammersmith (10/1), Royal Canford (10/1), Biltmore (20/1)

Verdict

HIGHWAY TO SUCCESS got off the mark at the second attempt in taking manner at Galway and in the process showed he acts well with cut in the ground. He looks to be capable of winning off a fair opening handicap mark so gets the nod here. Cardini faces a tough task giving away 8lb plus to these rivals but his form is very solid and he should again go close. Royal Canford is an interesting sort in her first handicap try and shouldn't be overlooked.
