Impressed in winning over 1m1f at Hamilton (good-to-firm) last month. Put a disappointing effort behind him when beaten 1L at Ripon (1m, good) two weeks ago and is interesting racing off the same mark.
Dual AW winner most recently on seasonal debut over an extended 1m1f at Wolverhampton in March. Wore blinkers for the first time that day and has placed in two of his six subsequent starts.
Beaten a neck when finishing runner-up at Redcar (1m, good-to-soft) at the start of the month. Should appreciate the return to this trip having finished well beaten over 1m2f last time.
Victorious over an extended 7f on good ground here when wearing a visor for the first time in June. Struggled since however and others make more appeal.
Placed in a maiden over an extended 1m at Nottingham (good-to-soft) last October. Struggled upped to 1m2f on seasonal and handicap debut in May and drops back in distance.
Successful in a 1m2f handicap on good-to-firm ground ehre two months ago. Placed twice since including over 1m1f at York (good) a month ago and is a leading contender dropping slightly in distance.
Placed in two of his four starts since joining this yard in the spring. Beaten ¾L when second of six over an extended 7f at Ffos Las (good) last time out and shapes as if this slight step up in distance will suit.
Forecasts
Kannapolis (3/1), Spray The Sea (10/3), Poet's Dawn (9/2), Ghazan (9/2), Moltoir (8/1), Bezos (8/1), We Are The World (12/1), Mont Kinabalu (16/1)
KANNAPOLIS ran well to finish third last time and can go two better dropping slightly in distance. The selection has won here already this term and is taken to get the better of Bezos who finished a good second last time and should appreciate this step up in distance. Third place can go to Spray The Sea who ran a decent race off this mark earlier this month.
