Wasn't in love with hurdling on first two starts for this yard earlier in the year. Didn't show much on switch back to the flat at Windsor two months ago either. Needs to bounce back now but is on a good mark if doing so.
Tends to save his best for artificial surfaces and was a good winner at Kempton (1m6f, AW) three starts back off a 5lb lower mark. Not so good at Ascot last time but this trip/surface are probably ideal and sound claims of running well.
Hasn't won on the flat since back in 2013 and struggling to show any form of late. Starting to look very well treated as a result and this is his second run back since a wind operation. Needs to bounce back but a market move would be interesting.
Improved a little to take back-to-back contests at Lingfield and at Kempton in the spring. Not so good the last twice including when returning from a break at Kempton last time. Needs to bounce back but is only 2lb higher than for his last win.
Run in some decent races this year and is attractively handicap now. Slow starts have become an issue of late and gave away 10 lengths at the start last time. Can't afford to do that here but a major player now if breaking on terms.
Penny seems to have dropped of late and has won two of his last three. Slaughtered his field at Brighton (1m4f, good) last time by 11L and has been handed a 9lb rise. That may not be enough to stop him if in the same mood.
In terrific form having won three of his last four. Up another 4lb and only just got up here over half a furlong further last time but clearly in rude health and no saying when that progress will end.
Another in fine form having won three of his last five starts (including here). Up another 4lb for winning at Newbury last time but entirely possible there is more to come back here and is very much respected.
Ran okay at Sandown a couple of starts back but couldn't back that up last time. up against some in-form rivals here and likely to struggle.

Some bang in-form and progressive types in here which makes this a fascinating contest. Ashington bolted up at Brighton last time but not sure what he beat there and the 9lb rise may scupper his chances here. Volevo Lui is in rude health and is very much a key player. RUSTANG is the one that makes the most appeal having won well again at newbury last time, a return to this surface is a plus and he is on a steep upward curve. Lynwood Gold is lurking on a dangerous mark and would be a massive player if breaking on terms.
