Hasn't won for t along time but seems to have struck up a good partnership with this rider having finished second on his last two starts. Leading player once gain if able to back that up now dropped back to a mile.

Best from tends to come on the AW and is a C&D winner. Has now dropped 7lb below his last winning mark which makes him very attractively handicapped here. Market check essential and interesting if money comes.

Finished a close second in a rough finish over C&D last time. Races here off the same mark today and likely to be in the thick of the action once more having won three times already this year.

Mark is dropping all the time as from has dropped off somewhat of late. First-time visor showed no benefit at Yarmouth four days ago and that is no disposed of and drops back in trip. Needs to bounce back.

Ran well at Newbury two starts back when finishing a close-up third. Failed to back that up when sent off favourite at Newcastle next time and needs to do more.

Best effort in three starts came here on debut over 7f. two weak efforts followed however and now makes handicap debut off what looks a stiff mark. Early days and improved possible but will need to.

Winning for the third time in his career when well backed at Newcastle last time. Up 5lb for that but still more than capable off this higher mark on old form. Leading contender once more.

C&D winner three starts back. Didn't look to stay 1m2f next time then ran with credit back over a mile here last time. Only 4lb higher than for his win and solid claims of going well again.

Unplaced all five starts so far showing very little ability. Mystery how he has received his current mark, although has been eased 4lb since latest tailed off effort.

Forecasts

Plentyinthetanksir (5/2), Coverham (10/3), Cadeau Magnifique (6/1), Pickett's Charge (7/1), Agar's Plough (7/1), Pendo (8/1), Tripartite (10/1), Mutanaasib (16/1), Thunderhooves (40/1)

Verdict

Pendo is lurking on a dangerous mark and would become of real interest should the market speak positively about his chances. Pickett's Charge is respected having won well at Newcastle last time and is capable off this higher mark. COVERHAM is the selection having gone close here last time in a rough finish, hopefully things will be smoother this time and he can record his fourth victory of the year.
  1. Coverham
  2. Pickett's Charge
  3. Pendo
