A small field but it should produce a good contest and GOLDEN BIRTHDAY is taken to build on his encouraging start over fences at Uttoxeter in a similarly small field having jumped well enough and he looks the pick of the weights here getting 6lb from El Terremoto. His win last time out at Southwell is a decent piece of form but his penalty will make life tough here but he should be able to take the runner-up spot at least as he appeals more than Jaleo (needs to get his jumping in order) and Chelsea Flyer (weak under pressure).
