Twice a winner on the Flat this season, ran well over 1m4f in Galway Festival handicap last time (fourth) and interesting contender going jumping for the first time.

Confirmed promise of debut effort when winning a Clonmel bumper quite cosily in May, then fifth of 19 in novice hurdle at Galway (2m½f, good to soft) on jumps bow 17 days ago. Should have more to come for top connections.

Won a French bumper when last spotted 320 days ago, has joined the champion trainer here since and, one of two for the yard in this, gets the benefit of Ruby Walsh on board. Likely proves popular in the betting.

Dual winner on the Flat but struggled in recent starts and beaten 23L recently in Downpatrick novice hurdle over jumps. Probably best watched at present.

Arakan mare who cost £12,500 as a three-year-old. Modest in point-to-point starts since March but caught the eye when second of nine in novice hurdle at Downpatrick (2m3f, good) on rules bow 39 days ago. Likely improver.

Related to a couple of winners but finished 14th of 15 in bumper at Galway (2m2½f, good to soft) on debut this month having gone off unfancied at 50/1. Must improve for introduction of obstacles.

Half-sister to a number of winners but finished last of 12 in novice hurdle over C&D (good) on rules debut 12 days ago and hard to make a case for on the back of that effort.
Lightly-raced maiden, finished good second of 15 in novice hurdle at Roscommon (2m5f, good) a fortnight ago, coming home well clear of rest. Big player on that evidence.

Well beaten in pair of Flat outings since leaving Jessica Harrington for this trainer, 0-10 previously over timber and plenty to prove at present.

Placed twice on the Flat, held in that sphere recently but finished a good fourth of 12 in novice hurdle over C&D (good) on recent debut in this code. May improve for that outing.

Presenting filly, beaten wide margins in Cork maiden hurdle and Kilbeggan bumper so far, hard to see her involved here at the business end as such.

Eglantine Du Seuil (4/5), Suinda (4/1), Gambling Mistress (4/1), Brooks Falls (7/1), Inishbel (12/1), Song Of The Sky (14/1), Misty Mountain (16/1), Little Princess (33/1), My Galway Girl (66/1), Steelyeyed (66/1), Rockwell Annie (66/1), Crow's Bridge (100/1)

Verdict

French bumper winner Eglantine Du Seuil is an obvious starting point debuting for Willie Mullins with Ruby Walsh on board. She showed a pleasing attitude in registering that win last year and, despite being off since, won't lack for preparation now. The market won't miss her claims though and stablemate Suinda gives Closutton an excellent back-up. GAMBLING MISTRESS made a promising start at Roscommon last time and, with improvement likely, commands plenty respect here while three-time Flat scorer Song Of The Sky also needs attention going jumping for the first time.
