LYNWOOD GOLD has been set some stern tests this summer and as yet he hasn't been particularly competitive. This however represents a significant drop in class and the stiff 1m4f looks likely to be ideal for him so he gets the vote. In a race where few are in good form Tor must have a chance because he most certainly is and he will expect to better a C&D third last time out. Arrowtown has very strong form but most of it is with cut in the ground so her chance depends on how much of the forecast rain falls.
