A consistent filly over an extended period of time, and just 4lb above her last winning mark (5f, good to soft); unable to cope with a Class 4 contest latest, but capable of holding her own here if handling the switch to AW.
Had her fair share of trainers, and it's been a while since she visited the winners enclosure (January 2017), but Tapeta is her favoured surface (dual C&D winner), and she's slowly inching back down the weights.
Looking as if she's now held by the handicapper off this revised mark, which is 10lb above the perch from which she landed the hat-trick at Lingfield in June (5f, good to firm); others preferred; stablemate of Powerful Dream.
Not won since April (5f), but back to near her winning mark and certainly likes it here at Dunstall Park; hard to knock her consistency (7-42 career; including 4-19 AW), and is preferred to her stablemate Glamorous Rocket.
Yet to fully come good on the AW (placed here in May), but is a dual 5f winner on turf, including at Newmarket in June (beat La Fortuna); not so sharp most latterly and potentially is less well treated off her current handicap mark.
In fine fettle in 2018, landing a four-timer when seeing off 17 other rivals at Bath in April (5f, good); hard to say that she's been any less competitive since but looks very closely matched with Powerful Dream and Newmarket conqueror Flying Foxy.
Searching for that elusive first success after a highly consistent run of recent form (2,2,2,3); first-time tongue-tie added to cheekpieces on return to the AW, with just a little to prove on this particular surface.
Last Year's Winner
Powerful Dream (11/4), Glamorous Rocket (10/3), Flying Foxy (7/2), Bellevarde (13/2), La Fortuna (8/1), Global Rose (8/1), Dazacam (20/1)
- Powerful Dream
- Flying Foxy
