A tough race in which there is no obvious standout selection, and it's far from easy to dismiss any of the seven runners. La Fortuna has arguably been the most consistent throughout 2018, but she was forced to play second fiddle to Flying Foxy at Newmarket in June, and there's seemingly little to chose between that pair. Global Rose needs to prove herself on the AW and could be worth opposing, so a speculative shout is the well drawn POWERFUL DREAM who rates as the pick of the Ron Harris-trained duo. She was firmly in the shake up (third) when racing off a 6lb higher mark on her last AW start over C&D in April.
