Improved last twice for step up to 1m6f with wins at Nottingham and here. Now some 10lb higher and on career highest mark so will need this latest step up to bring more improvement but it is entirely possible it will.

Classy Grade Two winning novice hurdler won twice over 2m at Lingfield on AW back in March. May have needed the run latest when underperforming at Kempton so better effort possible but warmer race back on turf here.

Appreciated step up to 2m last twice with small field successes at Thirsk and Lingfield. Latest 3lb success unlikely to trouble him a great deal and remains unexposed over this sort of distance.

Off the mark for this season latest when winning over 2m1½f at Ayr. Carries a 6lb penalty for that win but obviously arrives in good form and stays strongly so has to be respected.

Banished doubts over him staying 2m latest when second over the distance at Musselburgh. Upped 3lb for that which appears harsh and arrives here on career high mark.

Verdict

DALSHAND appears a staying handicapper to stay on the right side of after back-to-back wins at Thirsk and Lingfield. The handicapper hasn't been overly harsh on him so he could very easily land the hat-trick. Paddy A has appreciated moving up to 1m6f and left the impression at Nottingham last time out that he would stay 2m so he is respected as is Question Of Faith who carries a penalty but this mare stays very strongly.
