Green early on during his debut he showed plenty to work on finishing off his race quite well over 7f at Doncaster. Improvement looks likely from that run and it will be interesting to see how the market reacts to him and his stablemate.

Green and unfancied in the market on his debut he didn't really progress on his second start after a break and looks to be being brought along gradually. Upped to 7f now he could well show a little more progress; others look further forward.

Unfancied on her debut she only finished a modest 4th over 7f on her AW debut although she was held back by inexperience. Did learn through the race though and better expected now but needs to leave that bare form behind.

The most experienced of these she is qualified for nurseries having shown a fair level of ability so far. Most likely to show more when she goes up in trip beyond this 7f and others may just show a little more pace here.

Big Baby Bull (5/4), Embrace The Moment (2/1), Elusive Brand (11/2), Headland (11/2)

Verdict

Trainer Richard Hannon sets a puzzle here saddling two leading candidates with BIG BABY BULL taken to progress from his debut and improve past his stablemate Embrace The Moment even though she sets the standard in form terms. Both the other two are worthy contenders who look capable of winning in this grade but may still have a bit to learn with the Johnston filly Elusive Brand preferred to Headland who looks a likely nursery type.
  1. Big Baby Bull
  2. Embrace The Moment
  3. Elusive Brand
