Consistent sort generally but looked out of his depth on handicap debut in a 2m5f contest at the Galway festival last week. Drop back in to maiden company may assist.
Poor form in the point-to-point field has transferred to two below standard maiden hurdle displays last month. Plenty to prove at present.
In command when falling at the last in a Bellewstown 14-runner maiden hurdle over 3m last month. Jockey change significant and a leading player this time round.
Gelding by Kingsalsa out of a Passing Sale mare. Half-brother to Captain Conan, Samstown and Navan winner Dis Donc. Well held when racing in rear on debut back in February. Potential improver in time.
Great Pretender gelding. Second foal, dam was a winner over 2m1f in France and is a half-sister to decent performers Cleni Boy, Magic Sky and Spring Lover. Nothing of note in two starts to date and easily dismissed.
13-race maiden hurdler who appears to have had plenty of chances at getting off the mark. Will need to raise overall performance.
Pulled up and finished last of 11 in a Fairyhouse bumper the second of two bumper starts before a 23L defeat on maiden hurdle debut here last month. Well below par form looks set to continue here.
Stowaway gelding out of an Oscar mare. Cost €4,000 as a three-year-old. Half-brother to multiple winners Hidden Cyclone, Outlander and Champagne Fever. Market likely to reveal expectations on debut.
Beaten 30L on sole point-to-point start in April. Hard to place any faith in on hurdling inauguration.
Daylami gelding out of a Mr Greeley mare half-brother to Zaynar and Pigeon Island. Beaten in a couple of bumpers to date but worth a market check on hurdling debut.
Not much to shout about in three dismal point-to-point starts, failing to finish on each occasion. Likely to find things tough on hurdling opener.
Poor form in three point-to-point starts failing to finish in a couple of spins over 3m before a 53L defeat on hurdling debut last month in a Downpatrick 2m½f contest. Opposable on given form.
No threat to the winner when fourth of 25 in a Punchestown maiden hurdle in June before finishing ½L adrift of the winner in a 2m Limerick contest last month. Leading player with top jockey once again taking the ride.
Down the field in a Down Royal bumper in May finishing 17L before disappointing on hurdling debut at Limerick last month beaten over 12L. May have to put this down to experience.
Second Reserve: Beaten a total of 201L in two career starts to date. Difficult to make a case for here on second hurdle start.

With the race at his mercy and 6L clear DINONS somehow crashed out at the final flight at Bellewstown last month. The horse was laid prostrate for a time following the fall and if the experience has not left a mark the gelding should take all the beating here. The Margaret Mullins-trained Salty Boy appears to be an interesting hurdling recruit while the Jessica Harrington filly Gambling Mistress looks a solid option to at least hit the frame following promising runs recently.
