Admirable servant who has won 16 races. Yet to win on anything worse than good-to-soft so needs a prolonged dry spell.
Improved effort in a Carlisle novice event and nicely weighted on that evidence. Cheekpieces tried here and worth a check in the market for signs of confidence given the ground is softer than she has previously encountered.
1-28 on the Flat but placed several times and looking better handicapped following recent defeats. The stable had a welcome winner last week and recent rain will not have damaged his chances.
Regressive gelding who soon caved in under pressure last time. His best run came on heavy ground and that gives cause for optimism.
Soft ground winner who is yet to figure in four starts this term, failing to beat a rival home at Leicester recently, cheekpieces are tried now.
Southwell specialist who has not won on turf for five years. Inexperienced rider on board and others preferred following a six month break.
Attracted support ahead of both wins and has appeared to be coming to hand lately. Appreciates some give in the ground but it usually pays to be drawn high here when the ground is soft.
Has won over C&D in the mud previously and must enter calculations following a confidence boosting success in a Thirsk seller. Has a nice draw too.
Took a division of this last year, but yet to win on ground worse than good-to-soft and his last two victories have come from marks of 46 and 47. A low draw does not help and he probably has too much against him.
Gained his first win in two years and his first over 5f at Beverley. Remains well-handicapped given last year's form and favourably drawn now returning to his optimum trip. Has won on good-to-soft but has been withdrawn if conditions were soft.
10-race maiden was below his best last time but will be happier up in trip. Has been off the track three months and may need the run.
Record is 2-60 and he has gone two years without a victory. Acts on soft ground and well drawn, but he is 5lb wrong in the weights.
New trainer has done well with the horses he has acquired from Patrick Holmes. The soft ground is a plus but he needs to show more before earning a positive recommendation.

Foxtrix is an interesting runner on handicap debut off a workable mark and the market will provide clues to any concerns about the ground. Displaying Amber is another lurking on an attractive mark if handling conditions. HADLEY has proved hard to win with but has plenty in his favour here such as the ground, going, middle to high draw and a highly attractive mark. His form suffered during a quiet spell for the stable, but they are back amongst the winners and he is marginally preferred to recent winner Ad Vitam.
