First foal of a 1¼m winner, and sales price increased to €70,000 as a yearling. Not well fancied on debut for leading stable and looked to need the run when hanging under pressure. Likely to need more time.
Well fancied on debut and bred to be precocious but was very slowly away and had little chance afterwards. Could well improve significantly for experience.
Debut fifth has worked out well and then ran into a decent looking type who has too franked the form since. That was run in a good time and sets a good standard.
Bated Breath colt bought for £30,000 at the sales last August and things didn't quite go right but still showed promise on debut. However future lies over further in time.
A 60,000 gns yearling Kodiac colt. Ran well for some way on debut before weakening badly late. Could easily improve significantly and worth a note in the betting.
Sent off at huge odds on debut and was always out the back and well beaten. Best watched at present.
Well-bred colt by Kingman who is likely to need a bit further in time but well worth noting in the betting for leading stable who are well capable of readying a newcomer.
Connections also run Hector's Here. Son of Sir Prancealot who was
not fancied and well beaten on debut and likely best watched again.
Daughter of Dutch Art with plenty of speed on both sides of pedigree. Respected on debut for leading yard and well worth a check in the betting.

Forecasts
Golden Force (6/4), Riviera Nights (11/4), Khafooq (6/1), Jean Valjean (10/1), Five Angels (12/1), Rare Emerald (12/1), Cracking Speed (16/1), Flaunt It (16/1), Hector's Here (25/1), Sparklealot (50/1), Remission (150/1)
Five Angels messed up the start on debut but was clearly well fancied and could easily leave that performance behind. Khafooq likewise has to be noted in the betting while Riviera Nights and Rare Emerald are very interesting newcomers. It probably pays to stick with GOLDEN FORCE who has the most experience with two starts behind him but also sets a high standard with more to come.
- Golden Force
- Five Angels
- Riviera Nights
