Winner for Richard Hannon back in 2016 but going nowhere fast at present and despite falling handicap mark, hard to see him making much of an impression on the main protagonists. Attempted to make all over 1m at Haydock last time, fading late on.
Course winner in May, springing a 50/1 shock over 1m1f. Well held more recently over a mile here however and seems unlikely to repeat those heroics now.
Capable of turning it on (3-13) but can hardly be accused of consistency. Won over this trip from 1lb lower at Musselburgh in October and promising return (second) at Haydock in May (7f, good to soft). Poor both starts since and given short break.
Infrequent winner (not since July 2017), but a 7f-1m regular in Class 5 handicaps in 2018, filly kept on for 3L fourth of 11 over C&D last week, possible place claims here.
Not easy to win with, just 2-29 all told, has made the frame three times in six starts recently, all at Carlisle over 7f-1m1f. Lacklustre at Hamilton latest, needs to bounce back to hit the frame again.
Lightly-raced sort, won this race last year on good to soft going, sole success in 10 attempts. Showed consistent level of form after without winning. In need of the run on reappearance over 6f at Carlisle this month on ground faster than ideal.
Victorious over 1m at Newcastle in January and has had wind surgery since disappointing at Haydock (1m, soft) in April. Market support would be interesting here.
Five-time winner in 56 starts; 28/1 and led his rivals a merry dance when making all at Thirsk in April (7f, good to soft), but not quite strong enough since; including 4½L third of 10 over C&D a week ago.
Has won just once now is 33 starts which is pretty unappealing stuff, failed to beat a rival home at Carlisle back on turf in June and hard to fancy here.
Finished runner-up in a maiden over this trip when wearing a visor for the first time on his penultimate outing. Well held back in a handicap thereafter and first-time hood tried on this return from a year off.
Sir Prancealot gelding is a maiden after nine starts, but comes here on the back of his best effort so far over 7f at Redcar (good to firm) when close second. Runs from the same mark now.
C&D winner in July 2017 (good to soft), but not really threatened since. Had every chance here a week ago before finishing fourth, possible he may build on that.
Struggled in five starts so far and well held off a mark of 49 at Hamilton in June on his first outing since being gelded. Likely to struggle once more.

Pop Telecom (7/2), Acadian Angel (4/1), Sir Derrick (5/1), Let Right Be Done (6/1), Redarna (13/2), Zoravan (8/1), Pudding Chare (9/1), My Girl Maisie (9/1), Be Bold (10/1), Mamdood (16/1), Rockley Point (40/1), Symbolic Star (50/1), Newspeak (66/1), Retirement Beckons (80/1)
REDARNA wouldn't have relished the quick going at Carlisle on his reappearance over a 6f trip that was sharp enough. In any case, he shaped as if needing the run and should be spot on now in attempting to win back-to-back renewals of this. Any rain would heed his case and he should give this a bold try. Pop Telecom ran well in a maiden last time when tackling 7f for the first time and could put up an improved showing now handicapping while Sir Derrick showed his best form yet at Redcar on his most recent start. Former C&D winner Let Right Be Done isn't out of things after a fourth here last week, with Symbolic Star one to note after a wind op.
- Redarna
- Pop Telecom
- Sir Derrick
