Form has a very patchy look to it, useful when on song, as when winning over the trip at Catterick in early June, but quickly chucked in the towel over this C&D 19 days ago and hard to be favourable on that run.
Winning reappearance at Ripon over this trip in April but hasn't looked like adding to tally since in four outings. One of three for the yard in this, market should reveal plenty on their hopes.
Usually likes to be on front end, though managed to come from just off pace in winning at Epsom earlier this month (6f, good to firm). Held there since over 7f and faces tough ask up in class from new mark.
Winner at Doncaster in April (5f, soft) but has been out of sorts on faster ground three times since, including over 5f here nine days ago. Has won on quicker ground, but best efforts with some juice underfoot.
Winner of back-to-back races over C&D (both Class 5) before finding a 6lb increase and ascent to this grade too much 19 days ago. Not completely ruled out, but will have to run to his best to get on the board again.
Catterick winner over 5f in May and just denied over 6f back there 11 days ago, has potential to do better again but career-best likely required. Third runner for Richard Fahey, looks the pick.
Narrow winner at Thirsk over this trip last month, has twice run well since at the Curragh and Ripon in decent races from this mark and is on the shortlist now.
Winner at Hamilton last month over the trip but hasn't been able to replicate that in two runs since (including over C&D) from increased mark. Stablemate Buccaneers Vault looks a better proposition now.

Mr Wagyu (3/1), Highly Sprung (7/2), Mr Orange (4/1), Gin In The Inn (5/1), Buccaneers Vault (13/2), Highland Acclaim (7/1), Sheepscar Lad (8/1), Requinto Dawn (8/1), Private Matter (10/1)
Mr Wagyu is thriving right now and should be suited by this venue, though he has shot up the best part of a stone for his troubles. He cannot be ruled out, but perhaps the handicapper will get his measure now. Highly Sprung also is potentially in the grasp of the assessor and will need a peak-form effort. Requinto Dawn is the pick of the Fahey trio but BUCANEERS VAULT earns the call. He's run well in decent races since winning at Thirsk last month and could have enough to land this prize.
