Nine-race maiden on the Flat and is yet to hit the frame. First time cheekpieces doubtful to bring about the required amount of progress needed to play a role here.

Forecasts

Mutaabeq (9/4), National Wealth (9/4), Active Approach (5/2), Encantador (8/1), Stranagone (16/1), Grovel (20/1), Coral Cluster (25/1), William of Wykeham (50/1), Taylor Velvet (66/1), Leavethekeysinher (66/1), Queen Meave (100/1), Master Vega (100/1), Lady Carleton (100/1)

Verdict

With the Dermot Weld-trained newcomer Mutaabeq somewhat of an unknown quantity it may be advisable to side with the experience of Jim Bolger's Active Approach, beaten favourite earlier this month in a Killarney maiden when fourth of 11 or the Joseph O'Brien-trained NATIONAL WEALTH who appears to be open to plenty of improvement following two solid career starts to date.
  1. National Wealth
  2. Active Approach
  3. Mutaabeq
