Has won three of his last four starts and has turned his form around since joining this yard. Step back in trip no issue but more needed to give weight away to the majority of these.
Well beaten on last few Flat starts and he was pulled up over hurdles last time out. Plenty to prove at present.
In good form with a couple of wins over hurdles of late and useful on the Flat, though his better recent efforts have come over further than this. Interesting runner.
Has turned into a bit of a Dundalk specialist in recent year, latest win coming there in April. Below form on his last Flat run but better expected after a break and not without each-way claims.
C&D winner of a maiden here on third career start last July and ran well in a similar race to this at Punchestown in October. Return to quicker ground will probably suit and he's a live player on return.
Won a charity race at Leopardstown when last seen in October and he wasn't disgraced in 2016's Racing Post Trophy. Brings the highest official rating in to this and ought to run well.
Won a handicap from an official rating of 70 when last seen on the Flat on final start for Roger Varian. Below form in his two most recent starts over hurdles for his current yard though and has a bit to prove at present.
Won a race over hurdles recently but has plenty to find here as far as his Flat form is concerned and readily opposed.
Won her first two starts over hurdles for this yard. Not seen on the Flat since she was well beaten at Redcar off an official mark of 53 in 2016. Plenty to find on form.
Useful on the Flat but her best form has come with some cut in the ground and she's been well below form in both codes this campaign. Others preferred.
Still a maiden after 16 starts across both codes and has plenty to find here on 10th Flat outing despite an improved effort last time out at Bellewstown.
Well beaten on each of his eight Flat starts and has plenty to find on form in this race.
Still a maiden after 18 National Hunt starts and makes very little appeal on Flat debut here.

BRUTAL comes out best at the weights here and he's the tentative selection having achieved more in this sphere than his rivals. Flaxen Flare can't be discounted if he gets into the race while Air Supremacy is lightly raced and all ready has a course and distance success to his name.
