Signs of improvement on last start at Downpatrick last month when 6½L adrift of Maple Lawn. Will need to find some more progress from somewhere to play a role here.

Possibly needed the run on seasonal debut when staying on to take third in the closing stages at Tipperary earlier this month. Worth a market check with notable jockey booking.

Verdict

Held up in the early stages of a Ballinrobe bumper in May, ROBIN DE CARLOW soon put the race to bed inside the final furlong coming away in good style to win by 4L. The Willie Mullins-trained five-year-old by Robin Des Champs is sure to be well-prepped for her hurdling debut and can land the spoils in the opener from the game mare, Presentingprincess and Pocket Dial from the Jessica Harrington yard.
