Off the mark in very positive fashion when winning here over 6f last week having travelled strongly through the race. upped 6lb for that win but that was a step forward and there may well be more to come now she's got her head in front.
A switch to this yard has brought about a change in fortunes and he has won his last two with ease. Slapped with a 9lb rise for that latest success over C&D which will demand a lot more but the hat-trick is very much a possibility.
Always hovers in and around this mark as she always seems to run her race. 1 win from 30 tempers enthusiasm and her sole run her was a poor one so consensus is to oppose.
Has caught the eye on more than one occasion this year. Been tried at a variety of trips of late but three of his eight wins have come over this C&D and he is lurking on a dangerous mark. Can blow the start but could be a major player now.
Won at Lingfield in a visor back in April but things have been poor since. Visor back on today having been missing the last twice and could be a player if the market speaks in his favour.
Two runs since returning from a break have been really poor. Handicapper has reacted quite swiftly and has dropped him another 5lbs. Not ruled out from that mark if he can bounce back to form having won a C&D maiden here.
Hasn't won since way back in August 2016. has now dropped to a very dangerous mark as a result and shaped with much more promise at Wetherby before a poor effort at Thirsk last time. Sure to pop up at some point.
His highest win came off 1lb lower and he really hasn't been shaping like his turn is anywhere near of late. Has run in snatches the last twice and not one to rely on now.
Slowly away, hampered early and never at the races last time at Pontefract (6f, good to firm). return to this venue and trip are two positives and mark is in free fall. You can make a case to go well at a price.
Previous C&D winner who seems much more at home on the AW than on turf. Struggled at Bath last time on rattling quick ground. Return here is a positive but ultimately needs to do plenty more to be involved.

Charleston Belle (5/2), De Little Engine (7/2), Tadaany (11/2), Unnoticed (6/1), Soldier Blue (8/1), Herm (8/1), Masquerade Bling (10/1), Athassel (10/1), Black Truffle (16/1), Mr Andros (22/1), Woodukheleyfit (25/1), Mime Dance (25/1)
Last time out winners Charleston Belle and De Little Engine are both very much respected as two bang in-form runners and have sound claims under their penalties here. There are some well handicapped rivals though in opposition and we are going to take a chance that today could be the day that Athassel bounces back to form from stall 1. He's been racing over a variety of trips lately but he's a triple C&D winner and it's interesting that Stevie Donohue gets back on board today.
- Athassel
- De Little Engine
- Charleston Belle
