Winner over this trip at Ripon in early June and only 1lb higher here, worry would be that since that win he's put in two very moderate efforts and was a well-beaten last of 7 at Doncaster last time. May have gone off the boil for the time being.
Just the three wins in 33 starts under all codes, so no win machine, but has put in a couple of efforts over this trip over the spring/summer to make you think there's another race in him somewhere. Each-way chances from a decent looking mark.
Have to go back to 2016 to find the last time he visited the winners enclosure and at times this year, has looked less than cooperative with trying to remedy that. Trip and ground probably both fine but not one to trust.
In cracking form this summer and a step up to 12f at Leicester last time out proved no issue at all, coming home a ready winner in a big field and 6lb rise is fair. In current rude health, has to be on anyone's shortlist, with conditions fine.
Winner at Salisbury in May but it was hard work at times, having to be pushed along before asserting late on. Well below that next time out and it could be she's the type to catch fresh. Others make more appeal.
Not showing anything like enough to think she could get involved here, and the straw to cling to is the step up in trip. All looks a bit much for her, and not hard to look elsewhere for the winner.
Is of interest here as he's been in winning form over hurdles, and looks nicely treated on his return to the Flat. Conditions ought not to be a problem and if ready to go after a short break, is one of the more interesting ones.
One win in 58 starts tells you all you need to know about his chances here, in no form at all and hard to see where the necessary improvement is coming from.
