All three runs over this trip so far this year have resulted in a placed effort. Races off the same mark as when a close third at Redcar last time and sure to give it another good go.
Won a soft ground maiden at Tipperary last April but has been largely disappointing since joining this yard.Mark is slipping all the time and hood is now reached for. Needs to do more.
Can throw in the odd stinker but seems to slowly be coming to hand alongside his mark falling. Better effort over this trip at Musselburgh last time and entitled to be in the mix once again.
Twice a winner in Ireland for different yard, ran best race for this trainer last time out but is ideally suited by more give in the ground. mark is falling but needs to do more.
Was having his first run for 11 months when shaping with a bit of promise at Doncaster two weeks ago. Should strip fitter now and on a fair mark so interesting to see what the market makes of him.
Ran well at Redcar two starts back but nowhere near as good in first-time blinkers at Doncaster last time. Headgear quickly disposed of here and not discounted if bouncing back to form.
Off the mark at Wetherby two starts back but found the 4lb rise too much at Thirsk next time when readily outpaced late on. This stiffer finish should suit better but needs to prove he can do it off a mark this high.
Shaped nicely on return to action at Salisbury before finding the undulations of Brighton a bit too much last time. Hood goes on back up in trip and the handicapper has given him a squeak here.
The step up in trip to 1m2f didn't work last time and his form has an uneven look to it. Probably would be more at home with some give in the ground and others are preferred here.
