Better known as a hurdler/chaser, and only made Flat debut in April. Has quickly found his level, though, and has run well to be runner-up on both handicap starts here and at Chelmsford. Likely to make a bold bid.
Dual AW winner earlier in the year, but has gone off the boil on last couple of starts at Pontefract, although stamina probably stretched over 2m1f there last time. Headgear left off now.
Won three times here last year, and best effort in 2018 when runner-up at Nottingham on penultimate outing. Ran poorly last time, but expected to play a part back at favoured venue.
Seems best on fast turf, so no surprise to see him back to form on a sound surface of late, shaping quite well when third of 7 to Circling Moon at Chepstow last time. Needs to settle if he's to build on that, however.
