Runner-up in a poor race on debut and has made little progress since. His saddle slipped here last time but he was beaten at the time and significant improvement is needed.
Sent off favourite for handicap debut at Newbury when positive tactics were tried. Drifted right that day so sensible they come here and fit blinkers. Yard have been going well.
Maiden after seven starts and faced a stiff task on her penultimate run in a German Group 3 before disappointing over 1m2f on handicap debut last time (looked amiss). Most of her better form has come on the AW and this mark looks more realistic.
Had a hard race when runner-up here in January and appears not to have forgotten it as subsequent efforts have been tame.
Came in for support in a class 2 on his second start and that effort gives him every chance. However, that came on soft ground and his sire does not get many AW winners.
Best effort came here on debut. Has changed stables since and now tackles this trip for the first time having looked ready for a while.
With hindsight her Thirsk debut amounts to little. Although she should have more to offer now handicapping, she has twice failed to stay a mile and she looked awkward last time.
Showed a willing attitude to score at Windsor but that form has been undermined since. Never a factor off his revised mark next time and blinkers tried now.
Attracted support ahead of his career best at Brighton on a slow surface. Yet to threaten on fast ground this summer, but should be happier here and off a mark that gives him a chance.
Form shows no sign of recovering from a downward spiral and hard to envisage him being a contender despite the handicapper's help.
Cheap purchase who has shown little in four starts and returns from a break. A few of these look more progressive.
Has shown little so far but open to improvement now handicapping and today's rider has been on board five of the yard's six winners in 2018 from just 17 rides.

Diocles Of Rome (2/1), Prime Minister (4/1), Face Like Thunder (9/2), Margie's Choice (6/1), Lady Al Thumama (11/1), Dance Me (12/1), Carlini (12/1), One Flew Over (14/1), Landue (25/1), Pastoral Dreams (33/1), Passing Clouds (40/1), Dukeofwallingford (50/1), Ragstone Road (66/1)
The Tregoning/Turner combination have efficiently been getting business done and team up here with Landue. The trainer usually has a few in this age group ready to blindside the handicapper and it would be no surprise if he proved to be another. DIOCLES OF ROME, however, has an edge in fitness and looked as though he would be better served by a right-handed track when beaten favourite on his handicap debut. Dukeofwallingford and Dance Me figure on more workable marks this time, whilst Lady Al Thumama has long looked the type to improve over this trip.
