Five-time Flat winner for Ed Walker, he shaped with promise on his first start over timber when fourth at Stratford after a two-month break. Should be straighter now and rates a leading contender.
Has scored four times on the AW at up to 2m, and over 1m4f at Beverley. Unplaced all five starts so far over hurdles but wasn't disgraced when fourth at Catterick in December. Ran OK on Flat latest and not without a chance by any means.
Hasn't shown much in two bumpers and two hurdles to date and on all evidence available looks set to find this tough once again.
1-34 on Flat, and didn't show a great deal on debut over timber at Fontwell last month when finishng well beaten in seventh place. Hard to fancy.
Formerly useful handicap sprinter who was fourth in Great St Wilfrid at Ripon last August. Has become a bit of a rogue though and refused to race four times from his last six starts. Stamina a worry, and not certain to jump off either.
Friustrating 28-race maiden under both codes, was odds-on last time at Southwel having run well at Sandown previously, but fell at the first. Has ability but has become a bookies friend. Represents top yard though and will have his supporters.
Gold Well mare has shown very little of note in two starts so far in bumpers and makes her debut over hurdles here. Hard to enthuse over.
Modest 22-race Flat maiden makes her debut over hurdles. Has masses to find with a few of the other Flat racers in the field and on balance looks likely to find this a tough assignment.

Weightfordave (5/6), Boychick (9/4), Gang Warfare (5/1), Golden Friday (12/1), Snap Shots (14/1), Fearnie Lou (25/1), Reason To Believe (40/1), Peanutsponypetite (66/1), Highly Likely (100/1)
BOYCHICK, a fair sort on the level, can open his account over hurdles at just the second time of asking having shaped well on his first attempt over obstacles at Stratford. Weightfordave has become very frustrating and again let supporters down early on last time. He has ability but isn't one to rely on, while the quirky but capable sprinter Snap Shots is no certainty to start, never mind win the race, even though he has talent. Gang Warfare has'nt figured yet ver hurdles but it wouldn't surprise if he made the frame this time.
