Thought good enough to venture over to Dubai in the winter, but hasn't beaten a single rival in two starts (1m-1m2f) since her return to these shores; dropping quickly in the weights, but needs to bounce back.
Close up third on her sole AW start (1m2f, Newcastle); form working out well with the winner and fourth both subsequent Newcastle scorers. Not disgraced latest (runner up), so much respected off the same mark with a tongue tie now fitted.
Cacique filly who cost 180,000gns as a yearling; steadily progressive in each of her three racecourse appearances, winning by a neck in a 1m fillies novice event at Haydock (good to soft) in May; handicap debut; unexposed.
No win since taking a 1m4f Ripon maiden for William Haggas in August 2017 and was a most disappointing 5/4f at Wetherby (1m6f) last month; moved on quickly since and starts off life for Ian Williams back down in trip.
The winning run came to an end at Beverley latest (8/15f), and she's now 12lb higher than when she commenced in handicap company. However, she seems to handle the AW based on limited evidence and still looks to be one of the more likely types.
Class 5 C&D handicap winner in November 2017 (6lb higher now), so whilst consistent since clearly needs to find further improvement; weakened after leading when finishing 2½L third to Frown at Newcastle last week (1m2f).

Tim Easterby doesn't send too many runners to Chelmsford (1 from 17; 6% in the last five years), so Appointed must be strongly considered with various pieces of solid form in the book of late. However, the suspicion is that the handicap debutante LABREGA could potentially be much better than these rivals, so it would take an intrepid punter to be laying the improving Hugo Palmer-trained three-year-old.
