Showed some promise on his debut and duly confirmed that he had ability when winning over 6f on his second start. The form of his debut run at Thirsk is starting to look quite useful and he's open to further improvement stepping up to 7f.
Comes from a yard that are going well at the moment but aren't really known for first-time out juvenile winners. This one is a half-brother to a couple of winners abroad with the dam a well related sort; worth a market check.
Both runs so far have shown a glimmer of ability with some progression made on his second start over this trip at Chester. Needs this run for a handicap mark and he's likely to be headed into nurseries on the back of this run.
From a yard that have already clocked up plenty of juvenile winners and this one looks as though he could be capable of adding to the tally. Last of four on his debut he wasn't beaten far and offered something to work on; this run to tell us more.
Stable are 0-24 with their juveniles this year and this Zoffany colt looks best watched on debut. Price decreased by €7,000 from foal to yearling and others make more appeal.
Newcomer who was only a cheap purchase despite having a decent pedigree with the dam closely related to the top-class Azamour (winner at up to 1m4f) and 7f Group 2 juvenile winner Arazan. Yard have had a juvenile winner; note in the market.
The only filly in the field she hinted that there was some ability there on her debut over C&D behind a long odds-on winning favourite. Held back by inexperience there she is likely to need this run also and looks one for the longer term.
Forecasts
Prince Elzaam (6/4), The Trader (5/2), One To Go (4/1), Joe The Beau (7/1), Good Looker (25/1), Poet's Delight (25/1), Zalmi Force (33/1)
Returned to the track quickly after his win earlier in the week this looks a good opportunity for PRINCE ELZAAM to gain another win despite having to give weight way to the entire field; his experience should stand him in good stead. The Trader is more than likely to come on for his Newmarket run where despite finishing last (of four) he showed that he had ability and could win something like this and he comes from top yard. One To Go is making steady progress and is worth watching here while a market move for either Zalmi Force or Joe The Beau would be significant on their debuts.
