Nathaniel gelding, cost 22,000 gns as a yearling. Dam a winner and half-sister to a Listed winner. Not a good sign he's already been gelded and others make more appeal.

Galileo colt, cost 400,000 gns as a yearling. Full-brother to two winners. Dam a juvenile winner (7f) and only denied the 1,000 Guineas in the stewards' room. Well bred and yard have a good record with their juveniles this year. Should go well.

Forecasts

Arctic Sound (3/1), Line Of Duty (3/1), Alrajaa (7/2), Canal Rocks (4/1), Fox Tal (11/2), Sinjaari (7/1), Numero Uno (14/1), St Ouen (25/1), Green Etoile (40/1)

Verdict

A particularly strong looking novice event in which plenty make appeal on paper. LINE OF DUTY is the preferred option with given his pedigree and the yard's juveniles have been in fine form throughout the season. Alrajaa represents a top yard that can ready a juvenile and he's another with an eye-catching pedigree. Of the remainder, Arctic Sound and Canal Rocks both made promising debuts and might be capable of taking a step forward.
