Ended last year in cracking form, winning at both Kempton (6f) and Chelmsford (7f) on the All Weather and matching that in defeat when last seen at Wolverhampton. 2lb drop will help and she is unexposed over this trip. Not ruled out.
Won a 6f Carlisle handicap on heavy last September, when 8lb lower. Went close again from just 1lb lower at Leicester (6f, good to firm) last time. A little more needed, but entitled to make the short-list.
Arrives in very good form, having put together wins at Ripon and Hamlton over this trip last month and also running to a similar level in defeat from today's mark at Nottingham. A similar effort in this line-up should see him go very close.
Won a maiden on his fifth and final start for Brian Meehan at Kempton (6f, AW) in October. Well held last of six on his reappearance/stable debut at Ripon last month. Should come on for that. Now 2lb lower and 3lb claimed. Bit to prove.
Is having a busy year and has won two of his nine starts, the turf success being at Thirsk (6f, good to firm) last month, when 10lb lower. Has since bettered that at Carlisle and if he could repeat that effort, he should again be in the mix.
0-8, but went very close a couple of times over 5f last season, including from 1lb higher. Not yet back at that level this term, but couldn't rule him out if he can peak today after a couple of runs.
Yet to race over as short as this, but has run as if the drop back might be worth trying. Latest effort here has to be considered a disappointment, but he looks very interesting after a 2lb drop, visored and over 6f.
Forecasts
Mutabaahy (11/4), Mr Wagyu (3/1), Bath And Tennis (7/2), Lucky Lucky Man (13/2), Kraka (13/2), Qaaraat (14/1), Mushahadaat (25/1)
A tricky race to solve with several having claims, but it could be worth chancing KRAKA who is tried over this shorter trip for the first time with headgear on, and also dropped a little more in the weights. Qaaraat could do better, now that he has had a couple of runs, while Mutabaashy, Mr Wagyu and Lucky Lucky Man also have claims.
