Course winner who returned to form last time out and is well-handicapped on old form. Optimum trip probably a bit further and not the most consistent sort so no guarantee he will back that run up but has obvious claims if he can.

Unplaced on all four starts on turf and well beaten last on fast ground at Bath last time. Has a bit to prove at present.
