Camacho colt that cost €26,000 as a yearling. Related to several winners. Dam unraced daughter of 1m4f winning half-sister to 2m4f Group 1 winner Invermark. Yard can ready one first time and are 4/13 with juveniles so far this year.

First foal by Zebedee out of an unraced dam (House of Roses). Two very similar efforts so far over 5f. Extra furlong may help but needs improvement for win purposes.

Elzaam colt was a 15,000 gns purchase at the breeze-up sales in May. Ran with plenty of promise when a close-up fourth of 12 on debut at Thirsk. Didn't get the clearest of passages that day so every reason to expect he can do better still.

Price dropped to just £16,000 as a two-year-old (from £35k). Two efforts so far at big prices have not amounted to much and likely to be more suited to nurseries once they come around.

11/2
Heeraat colt that has finished second on both starts to date showing ability. Would have gone very close to winning at Wolverhampton (5f, AW) last time but for being hampered early. Sets the standard and this return to 6f should suit.

50/1
Already gelded son of Zoffany that cost £14,000. Dam was a maiden from 1m-1m4f and was average. This is the yards first two-year-old runner of the season and market will be a good guide.

Alhebayeb half-brother to 2-y-o 5f winners Captain Whoosh and Noreen Cullen. 22/1 for debut over 6f at Redcar 11 days ago and ran green. Should improve on that.
Improved slightly on debut effort to finish beaten 4¾L at Hamilton (5f, good to firm) on second start three weeks ago. Capable of further improvement but likely to be more suited to handicap company down the line.

28/1
Firebreak colt that cost £9,000 as a yearling. 33/1 and well beaten on debut at Carlisle (6f, good to firm) two weeks ago. Pedigree and debut run suggest he may improve for going a bit further than this in time.

Massive prices and barely beaten a rival home in two starts so far. Needs major improvement to be involved and others much preferred.

Dragon Pulse gelding who cost 3,000gns as a yearling. Sent off at 40/1 for debut at Chelmsford (6f, AW) and was well beaten. First turf start, improvement clearly needed but is quite possible.

Mecca's Gift
Age: 2|  Weight: 8-10| J: A Mullen| T: M Dods
20/1
Dark Angel filly that cost 15,000 gns as a yearling. Half sister to multiple winners. Dam was a winner over 5f & 6f including the Group 1 July Cup. Likely type on paper and very much of interest on debut.

Immokalee69
Age: 2|  Weight: 8-9| J: T Hamilton| T: R A Fahey| BF
11/4
Well backed and went off favourite for debut at Beverley (5f, good) and finished a close-up third. Pedigree would suggest this extra furlong should help and with improvement likely, she should go well once again.

Haarriet66
Age: 2|  Weight: 8-8| J: B Doyle| T: P D Evans
12/1
Heeraat filly that cost just £5,000. Sent off at 33/1 on debut at Salisbury (5f, heavy) and shaped with minor promise running passed beaten horses having been slowly away. Extra furlong should suit here but improvement needed.

Forecasts

Prince Elzaam (2/1), Immokalee (11/4), Haadhir (11/2), Haarriet (12/1), Mister Dependable (16/1), Primeiro Boy (16/1), Yourtheone (16/1), Mecca's Gift (20/1), Mac Ailey (28/1), Salmon Fishing (33/1), Irv (50/1), Lads Order (80/1), Uncle Norman (100/1), Lincoln Red (100/1)

Verdict

Mecca's Gift has a speedy pedigree and is one to note for her racecourse debut. Haadhir has run well on both starts to date and should appreciate going back up to six furlongs so is very much respected with further improvement likely. This can go the way of PRINCE ELZAAM who shaped with lots of promise on debut and can make the required improvement to win on his second start.
  1. Prince Elzaam
  2. Haadhir
  3. Mecca's Gift
